HEROSLAM WILL PRESENT LATEST PRODUCTS AT FASTENER FAIR ITALY 2016
HEROSLAM will participate as exhibitor at Fastener Fair Italy 2016 that will be held in Milano from 28th to 29th September 2016.
Besides our traditional full range of thread rolling tools, including flat, cylindrical and planetary dies, HEROSLAM will present the special range of thread rolling dies for several specific threading applications such as:
- Coated thread rolling dies for rolling heat treated parts (10.9, 12.9, etc)
- Special flat and cylindrical thread rolling dies for Aerospace Fasteners
- Planetary thread rolling dies for the production of Nails and Wood screws
- Custom made Knurling and Grooving dies
- Special thread rolling dies for the production of fasteners for the rail industry
HEROSLAM will also present the new generation of GG coating developed and made in-house. GG coating increases tool life in an average of at least 30%, reducing machine preps and changesand minimizing machine down time, which entails a significant reduction in manufacturing costs. With this GOGOR (GG) coating, HEROSLAM is able to produce tools that provide the best ratio of quality, service life and price on the market.
As part of our international expansion strategy, during the exhibition, HEROSLAM will also welcome inquiries from international tooling distributors and reps interested in representing HEROSLAM products in their countries
