HEROSLAM will participate as exhibitor at EMO (Hannover, 18-23 September 2017), NIFMSE (Las Vegas, 17-19 October 2017) and FASTENER POLAND (Cracow, 28- 30 November 2017)
Besides our full range of thread rolling tools, including flat, cylindrical and planetary dies, HEROSLAM will present the special range of thread rolling dies for several specific threading applications such as:
- Progressive roll-on thread rolling dies for rolling heat treated parts (10.9, 12.9, etc)
- Special flat and cylindrical thread rolling dies for Aerospace Fasteners
- New range of flat dies for Mathread® and ojival fasteners
- Planetary thread rolling dies for the production of Nails, Woodscrews, and Mathread® fasteners New range of Knurling and Grooving dies
- New range of cylindrical tools
HEROSLAM will also present the new generation of special coatings developed and made in-house. After the success obtained by the well known GG coating, this new range of coatings significantly increases tool life when rolling parts after heat treatment, reducing machine preps and changesand minimizing machine down time, which entails a significant reduction in manufacturing costs.
